Having worked across multiple facets of the industry, Shannon now specializes in sales training, affordable housing education, and consulting solutions for HUD retailers, communities, builders, and investors. Through her firm, Shannon partners with clients to elevate sales performance, expand affordable housing access, and successfully develop new housing projects. As an active participant in FMHA, MHI, and other key industry events, Shannon stays at the forefront of industry trends and advocacy efforts, ensuring her clients benefit from the latest insights and best practices.
